Tomato Mozzarella Tidbits

What you need

What to do

1. Rinse cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Allow to dry.
2. Open marinated mozzarella on a plate or dish. Drain marinade on plate. Set cheese aside.
3. Dredge basil leaves in excess marinade.
4. With a sharp knife, cut mozzarella into ½” cubes.
5. On a toothpick, thread one cheese cube, one basil leaf, and one cherry tomato to make an appetizer. Repeat until all appetizers are assembled.
6. Set appetizers on a dish. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving.
