Dice tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers into little pieces about the size of a quarter teaspoon. Use less onion than tomatoes and cucumbers -- just to taste.
Combine vegetables together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the mixture in balsamic vinegar and some apple cider vinegar to taste. Mix well with a salad spoon or wooden fork. Let it set for a few hours at room temperature.
You will want more after eating it just once!
After eating all you want, store the rest covered in the refrigerator. You will not believe how good it is the next day!
