Italian Capresi Sandwich

One slice of toasted, full-grained bread. One slice of tomato, one slice of hand-made mozzarella cheese, one big pinch of thinly sliced copa salami, one pinch of homegrown basil, and/or chives. Warm the sandwich if you want to for a few minutes in the broiler, before putting the herbs on top. Salt, cracked pepper and drizzle olive oil on top of the whole pile! YUMMY! Lemon Boys or Black Crims are great!
